Relationship to Purchase Terms

These Site Terms govern your use of this website only. If you purchase a membership, product, or event ticket, your purchase is governed by the 6-Figure Creator Terms of Service and the 6-Figure Creator Refund Policy provided at checkout. In the event of any conflict between these Site Terms and those documents regarding a purchase, membership, product, sample, community access, or event, the Terms of Service and Refund Policy control.

1. Use of the Site

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that may impair its functionality or interfere with others’ access to the Site. You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or from using automated means to scrape, harvest, or copy Site content without our express written permission.

2. Purchases, Subscriptions and Payments

We do not process payment directly on this Site. Memberships, products, and event tickets are sold and delivered through Whop, which processes payment on our behalf.

All purchases are governed by the 6-Figure Creator Terms of Service and the 6-Figure Creator Refund Policy presented at the point of purchase. Those documents — not these Site Terms — govern refund eligibility, billing, cancellation, access, product samples, events, and any dispute relating to a purchase.
Whop’s own terms govern your use of the Whop platform and its payment processing services.
Where a purchase includes recurring billing, billing continues automatically at the rate and interval stated at checkout until canceled. Cancellation is available at any time through your Whop account.

3. Access to Discord and Private Community

Access to our private Discord community is a feature of certain memberships. Users who purchase through Whop may be granted access to our private channels. Access is conditional on adherence to our community guidelines and may be limited, suspended, or revoked at our sole discretion for any violation.

We reserve the right to remove users from the Discord community for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent, or in violation of our rules or applicable law. Removal for a conduct violation does not entitle the member to a refund. Refund eligibility in all circumstances is governed by the 6-Figure Creator Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on 6figurecreator.org — including but not limited to text, videos, images, graphics, logos, designs, training materials, and downloadable resources — is the exclusive property of 6-Figure Creator and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, resell, or create derivative works from any part of this Site without our express written permission.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

5. No User-Generated Content

Users are not permitted to submit comments, posts, or any other form of content to the Site. Any attempt to bypass this restriction may result in a ban or legal action.
